You will connect with your body through a deeper awareness, heal yourself through Sound, express your artistic side, journey within yourself and learn to “let it go”, and experience the soothing effects of an oriental Tea Ceremony. A detailed day by day schedule is given below.

We have called this the Body Mind Soul retreat. And we hope to scratch the surface of answering the question, who am I? We hope to do this in a light-hearted manner that revives and refreshes you, with workshops that address the Body, the Mind, the Soul and something beyond. The Retreat will make you do things you have not done before, help you see a different side of yourself, and may lead you to ask yourself, is this really me?
